   I had a very bad experience with this car rental company. I rented a car on 29 December 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Shortly after leaving and stopping at our first destination, the car would not start due to a dead battery. This was clearly a vehicle maintenance issue, not user error. We were left stranded at a ski resort with all our ski equipment, with no alternative transport. Assistance arrived hours later, and the car was taken away at around 3:30 p.m., meaning we lost the entire day of our holiday and incurred financial losses. Despite the car being completely unusable, the company required a 5,000 PLN deposit and later refused to refund it, even though we effectively did not receive the service we paid for. This experience shows a lack of vehicle checks, poor customer service, and an unacceptable approach to customer responsibility. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are prepared to take the risk.

   Ogólnie w porządku, ciężko ocenić ludzi, którzy starali się żeby wszystko było ok. Natomiast musiałem wybrać ich podczas naprawy z OC busa. Oczywiście nie mieli akurat dostępnego busa 8 osobowego (bo ubezpieczyciel nie płaci tyle, co zwykły klient), natomiast dzwoniąc prywatnie, bus typu proace już był.
