    Zostałem zmuszony do skorzystania z usług powyższej firmy. Potrzebowałem transportu na statek. Moja żona zostawiła mnie przed brama portową, niestety nie mogłem kontynuować drogi na statek, pieszo. Odległość z bramy to około 500 metrów. Na bramie zostałem poinformowany że muszę zamówić taksówkę żeby dostać się na statek. Dostałem numer od ochroniarza. Nie było innej opcji poza tą firmą aby przetransportować się na statek. Zadzwoniłem i rozmowa wyglądała mniej więcej tak: Ja: Dzień dobry potrzebuje transportu z bramy na statek. Dyspozytor: Pan jest na bramie, to skoro już tam pan jest to niech pana Uber podwiezie na statek. ( Oczywiście to była hamska aluzja że Uber nie jest w stanie mnie zawieźć na statek) był to ton głosu bardzo niesympatyczny i pretensjonalny. Ja: ile to będzie kosztować ?? Dyspozytor: 50 zł Ja: trochę drogo jak za 500 metrow Dyspozytor: (Tu znowu była aluzja w stronę ubera) Widać trwa tu poważna wojna miedzy uberem a ta firma. Mało istotne i tak nie słuchałem co ma do powiedzenia. Taksówka przyjechała po 20 minutach. Gdybym mógł zamówić ubera oczywiście wybrał bym ubera. Nie miałem wyjścia, zamówiłem taksówkę. Nie miałem przy sobie polskich pieniędzy i zapytałem się ile muszę zapłacić w euro. W odpowiedzi usłyszałem że 15 euro !! 15 euro za 500 metrów !! Tyle kosztuje kurs z Sopotu do Gdańska !! Nie dostałem rachunku ani żadnego potwierdzenia. Przykro mi ale już nie skorzystam z usług tej firmy. Czymś takim zrażam się tylko do zwykłych kierowców taksówek. Kiedyś współczułem tej profesji że pojawiły się ubery i że zwykle taksówki na tym straciły. Po dzisiejszym dniu OCZYWIŚCIE że wybiorę ubera tak jak polecił mi Pan z dyspozytorni. Nie pozdrawiam, nie polecam. I was forced to use the services of the above company. I needed transportation to the ship. My wife left me in front of the port gate, unfortunately I could not continue my way to the ship, on foot. The distance from the gate is about 500 meters. At the gate I was informed that I needed to order a cab to get to the ship. I was given a number by a security guard. There was no other option except this company to transport to the ship. I called and the conversation looked more or less like this: Me: Good evening I need transportation from the gate to the ship. Dispatcher: You're at the gate, then since you're already there, let's get you an Uber ride to the ship. ( Of course it was a hammy hint that Uber is not able to drive me to the ship) it was a very unsympathetic and pretentious tone of voice. Me: how much will it cost ?? Dispatcher: 50 zloty Me: a bit expensive for 500 meters Dispatcher: (Here again there was a hint towards uber) Apparently there is a serious war going on here between uber and this company. I did not listen to what he had to say. The cab arrived after 20 minutes. If I could have ordered an uber, of course I would have chosen uber. I had no choice, I ordered a cab. I did not have Polish money with me and asked how much I had to pay in euros. In response I heard that 15 euros ! 15 euros for 500 meters !!! That's how much it costs to go from Sopot to Gdansk !!! I did not get a bill or any confirmation. I am sorry but I will not use the services of this company anymore. With something like this I only alienate myself from regular cab drivers. I used to sympathize with this profession that ubers appeared and that the usual cabs lost out on this. Today, I ABSOLUTELY will choose uber as recommended to me by the gentleman from the dispatch center. Do not greet, do not recommend
